Experiência lamentável — taxas escondidas e logística péssima

Da localização.

A minha estadia nesta propriedade foi francamente má e cheia de percalços que estragaram a experiência. Logística inaceitável para as chaves: O check-in obriga a uma deslocação de 15 km de distância só para recolher as chaves. Uma perda de tempo inútil e uma enorme falta de consideração pelos hóspedes. Exigências ridículas e caução desproporcionada: Cobraram uma caução de 150 € (valor superior ao custo de uma noite) que condicionavam à realização das tarefas de limpeza da própria equipa de manutenção: obrigaram-me a levar os lixos para a rua, retirar todos os lençóis das camas e colocá-los na banheira, e deixar o apartamento limppl. Custos ocultos e "truques" de preço: O valor por noite parece atrativo no site, mas cobram tudo à parte para compensar. Cobraram um extra pelo ar condicionado (algo habitualmente incluído) e pelo estacionamento, quando o lugar pertence à própria fração do prédio. Se o hóspede não o usar, fica vazio. É uma estratégia pura para mascarar o preço real da estadia. Falta de comodidades e higiene: O apartamento nem sequer tinha toalhas de banho nem panos de cozinha. A limpeza geral à chegada deixava bastante a desejar. Manutenção e ventilação deficientes: A luz da varanda estava fundida. Para piorar, o quarto de banho não tem janela (o que já sabia), mas também não dispõe de qualquer sistema de ventilação mecânica/extractor, o que torna a utilização extremamente desagradável. Não recomendo de todo este alojamento. Falta de transparência, pouca higiene e comodidade nula.

Pésimo

La ubicación.

La recepción está lejos del apartamento y tienes que desplazarte en coche, tienes que hacer realizar una fianza de 150€ (que al principio entendía que era porque el piso estaba en buenas condiciones) Al llegar al apartamento, la limpieza brillaba por su ausencia,nos encontramos con calcetines sucios al lado de la mesilla de la habitación. La mitad de los interruptores no funcionaban (el de la habitación estaba roto directamente) pelusas por los suelos, las mantas que te dejan olían mal, muy importante llevar tus toallas. El WC no funciona bien y tienes que utilizar un cubo de agua para que drene. Con la ducha tenías que tener cuidado porque al cerrar el agua se te cae en la cabeza. El sofá está medio roto y hacía mucho ruido incluso se podría decir que llevaba mucho tiempo sin limpiarlo. Todo esto más muchas otras cosas hacen que su estancia no sea del agrado que se busca. Y mucho menos entiendo para que es la fianza de 150€, si el apartamento es pésimo. Lo único bueno es la ubicación, el aparcamiento y que es algo barato.

Solo la ubicación, las fotos no tienen nada que ver con lo que sale en booking

Camadas incómodas de hace 40 años, baño súper viejo, la cisterna no salía agua, teníamos que tirar un cubo de agua, tampoco disponíamos de toallas, ni un simple cepillo para barrer. La habitación no tenía persianas te entra toda la claridad, tuvimos que poner una manta para poder dormir. Lo mas gordo es que se confundió la casera y estando dormidos se presentó un marroquí que venía a por un mando, pasando un susto...

Het was oud en niet fris. Bedden en andere meubels aan vervanging toe. Personeel en verhuurbedrijf was wel enorm meedenkend. Hebben ons nog een ander appartement toegewezen. Alleen deze was ook sterk verouderd. Maar wel schoner.
