The location, staff was nice and helpful and close to the airport. It was a big clean room with a comfortable bed and I had a good view from my room.

Great location and the rooftop pool was the best thing. The staff were lovely and helpful.
Asking for a deposit felt a bit cheeky given that the rooms don't quite match the photos online (there was even some mold on the ceiling and constant wet patch on the carpet). You can tell it was probably considered a fancy hotel 30years ago, but those days are long gone and everything felt outdated.
Closing the pool at 6:00 PM is a bit of a letdown if you’re hoping to relax after a long day out. The Wi-Fi was quite spotty as well.
We were also disappointed by the laundry service, it was troublesome and by far the most expensive we paid for in Vietnam, even compared to much higher end hotels.
