Lovely boutique hotel, very friendly, excellent atmosphere, very attentive staff
Property was in good condition, room was well appointed, warm, great coffee in room… no complaints

Traditional features and open fires
Very steep stairs to attic rooms
8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
Sitting room with log fire; helpful staff; relaxed feel
Noisy kitchen vent directly beneath my room (7). Rather formal breakfast with pre-booked time slot and everything only waitress service - no rolls, croissants or similar and toast not great.

Beautiful boutique hotel - classy & comfortable.
They could use an elevator/lift
