Location, front desk staff, and overall atmosphere. The presidential suite was beautifully decorated and very spacious!
Inconsistent cleaning staff, room service menu changes (higher pricing, less options), and loud construction noise starting around 7am daily.

The hotel is in a perfect location.
If you are looking for rest, I don’t recommend. It was very noisy. The cleaning staff were close to our room and were loud in early morning. There were loud people by us and we could hear loud voices from below. The furnace was very loud as well.
