Amazing location and views

Location, views, space was a really lovely quiet apartment complex

It was a bit difficult for me to get the key out as you had to turn the dial to the correct number and also it is up a hill but apart from that was good

Great option close to Maspalomas

Great view, good WiFi, friendly and helpful staff, good location off the main crowds, but close to everything. The pool was refreshing. Parking was ok, but never arrived after dark, got busier later.

Some things are a bit dated and could be replaced, especially the couch.

Check in & out were easy. Flat was in a quiet residential area. Flat was well laid out.

The amazing views. Comfortable studio flat. Nice garden & access to beach. Restaurants close by.

They proffit of the Ocean view by asking way too much money without providing value of a comfy home.

The check-in was easy and flexible, the view was amazing...

Small details were missing, details that make all the difference: - the windows that provide the wonderful view to the sea were not well sealed(the wind was coming in through the closed windows and also from under the entrance door) , thus there was an air current in the entire apartment, with quite a disturbing whitslte (made the first night almost impossible for us to sleep) - the photos were not accurate, maybe they were taken a couple of years ago, before other guests broke them (for example there was no brewing cup for the coffee filter, no expresso machine as shown in the photos, no decorations in the room as shown in the photos). I'm not talking about fancy things, I'm talking about things that make a morning feel right. - the hot water boiler was so small that 1 person with long hair had difficulties to finish a shower before the water runned out, not to mention 2 people showering with warm water one after the other - impossible. - no toiletries offered either, only 1 little soap bar. - no extra trash bags provided, for a 3 nights stay. We had to empty the trash bag and reuse it. All in all, a disappointing experience, way too expensive for what it offers (90 euros per night). I would not recommend this apartment to other travelers because you can simply enjoy the natural sights of the Ocean from somewhere else or from a Mirrador, for free.

The fabulous view.

The complex was in need of renovating, the pool was empty for much of our stay and the surroundings were unsightly and dangerous. There was building noise and equipment in the stairways etc while we were there.
