About this house rental
This Pilot Street beach house is the perfect getaway for your vacation. Three bedrooms, three full bath with a large great room and extended outdoor living space. Kitchen renovated (granite counters, new stainless appliances, bar stool seating). Dining table for up to 8. The private outdoor deck has a dining table and sitting area and grill. All new mattresses. This is a beautiful home in the premier location in Boca Grande - quiet block just steps to the beach, walk to town, climb the lighthouse, shop or dine at one of the 14 restaurants with fresh local catch. The house is a perfect beach house, fully equipped for all your needs.
We have beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys for your use. If you want to rent a golf cart or bikes, I recommend Caddy Carts or Gasparilla Adventures, respectively. Fun!

Property was as listed. Host Elizabeth responded promptly to all inquiries. House was clean. A bit longer than a walk to the beach-we drove to public beach by Gasparilla’s lighthouse, & paid for parking, which was very limited. Beautiful beach, with building to change if needed.No gas on island-if you drive, make sure you fill tank before getting to island. Beware of golf carts at EVERY traffic crossing- they rule the island!House was expensive, especially since there is no pool, but we paid for the proximity to Gasparilla Inn- & it is an island after all!

The house was very clean upon arrival with a good layout for entertaining friends and family. It was also the perfect distance from everything on the island by golf cart but still quiet.

We stayed for 3 nights for a wedding in Boca Grande. The host was a great communicator with very quick responses to my questions regarding the house and area restaurants. The house was very clean and in a great location to the beach. We rented a golf cart which was fun and made it so easy when driving to shops and restaurants. My only concern with the house for us was that the 3rd bedroom is across the house from the bathroom. A long walk in the middle of the night:)

Location was great! The space in the house was good. Bathrooms are very small. The beds were uncomfortable and the mattress cover moved with the sheets and it felt like sleeping on plastic. The sheets were very pilled and uncomfortable. All this aside we had a wonderful time!
