About this house rental
We renovated this eighteenth-century house about fifteen years ago and more recently, we restored the shed (an old stable) into a beautiful duplex.
You will be able to evolve between the main house (250 m²) a fully equipped kitchen, a very spacious living room (80 m²) and a dining area.
A lounge room, very cool in summer, with its table football and a toilet
On the first floor of the main house, 3 very independent bedrooms, a bathroom, a 2nd toilet and a laundry room with linen-dryer.
In the recently renovated outbuilding of 60 m² (2 levels of 30 m²) (which we call Remise), a first floor with its bar and kitchen, opening onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the Annonay valley. (and a 3rd toilet)
Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, then a 2nd bedroom with a 160 cm bed and 2 90 cm bunk beds. A bathroom with shower.
Canal+ TV, wifi, hi-fi system,
Large French windows opening onto a south-facing terrace with pergola and electric curtain. Large lawn with garden furniture, vegetable garden and vegetables to harvest!
Barbecue and plancha attached to the house and wood oven (ideal for pizzas)
Table tennis.
Secure swimming pool with iron gate, deckchairs, wooden summer kitchen and sheltered dining area, fridge, cloakroom.
In the park behind the house, chicken coop (fresh eggs every day!)
