Overall, the house and our stay was very nice. The only suggestion I would have is maybe handrails for the pool so elderly people can get in and out of the pool easier.

The place was great over all, just the freezer would sometimes work and some time not. When you shut the refrigerator door it make the freezer door open. We think the seal is not good. We had melted ice cream. But over all it was very nice. We all loved the pool and the layout of the house. Need a fan in the garage for the kids to play and not be hot. Thank you all for letting us rent it for the week! It's close to all the parks. But still filt like a home away from home.

The house was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware, and there were plenty of towels for both the shower and pool. The furniture and electronics were all in good condition. The home was clean upon arrival, and check-in was very easy. One drawback was the constant video surveillance of the pool area. I understand it’s for security, but it did make the space feel less private—there’s something a bit unsettling about knowing every conversation (or poorly executed swim stroke) is being recorded. The garage game room was just okay. The billiards table was heavily scratched, and the pool cues were missing tips. I reported this immediately with photos but did not receive a response. I also reached out about finding a previous renter’s set of three brand-new hoodies and didn’t hear back on that either. The only communication I received was an automated message about taking out the trash.Since the pool cues were unusable, I purchased an inexpensive replacement and left it at the property for the next guest.
