Vanadzina House is perfectly located in the heart of the Old Town. We absolutely loved the building itself - a beautifully restored historic house with a stunning interior and uniquely designed natural wood furniture.
The bed was very comfortable, and the room had excellent sound insulation. We especially appreciated the lovely natural wool blanket, which added an extra touch of warmth and coziness.
Excellent breakfast options are available just a minute walk away in the stylish nearby cafes.

central location. While it has no reception desk, each time I phoned asking about something, a person always answered quickly with required help
lacked kleenex box, not sure if that was shampoo container in shower or body wash. Shampoo would be nice.

Super nice flat in the beautiful centre of Cesis. Would have loved to stay longer. Unfortunately, the restaurant downstairs was closed that evening- it looked great, too. Luggage could be dropped off.

Characterless interior decor despite being in a beautiful old building
Staff didn’t seem to like us entering the accommodation to check-in through the restuarant
The room was quite cramped with no cushions
