Nice comfortable bed and suite with all things required. Location also excellent.

A bit of an issue getting out of the apartment the first morning as the door self locks when closed after a minute or so, but quickly figured out the locking mechanism.

Great location, close to old town, to the marina, and to buses/trains. Excellent communication. Bedroom was quiet, although traffic noise in living area. Good to have air con in both rooms

Could have done with more pillows (only one each) Would be good to have shampoo as well rather than just shower gel

Well equipment apartment ideally located in the city and just a short walk from the station. Communication with host was excellent.

We loved the location, it was the best, in a street full of good restaurants and coffee shops. It only takes us 10 minutes to walk to the center and 13 minutes to the big train station, but only 3 minutes to the metro station to go to the airport. We loved the free lockers at the entrance, available to use before and after our stay! I personally liked the books that were available at the apartment, I took advantage and started reading "the housemaid" that was on my list of future reads. We appreciated that there were beach umbrellas and a washing machine at the apartment, even if we didn't need them because we were only staying a few days. We were lucky that they let us check in earlier.

The apartment was not very clean, especially the bathroom had lot of stains around in the shower, on the toilet seat, and even behind the bathroom door. The shower drain was not passing the water fast enough and the shower would get so full of water every time. Also the shower head was half broken and rusty. The towels they offered are very bad quality, very small and thin and not soft at all. Also very used. They don't give you an extra one to use as hands towel. The hands soap and shampoo/shower gel all looked the same thing. We noticed in the kitchen there was salt and some spices that probably previous people left, but no oil or kitchen towels. They could offer at least two small bottles of water in the fridge for when we arrived, as most places now do, but they don't. Over the kitchen we noticed an air vent that had so much filth (I will leave the picture). The light situation in the room is a bit weird, the main light is not bright at all, more like a sleeping light, while the two bedside lights were more bright, but the switch is just on one of the sides of the bed. Also just one side has a plug to charge your phone. When you book they send you a full form with many pages to complete, and also they ask you to pay a deposit of 150€. They make you take out your rubbish before you check out, they will remind you several times that it's something you need to do. I don't think that's nice considering we pay plenty of money as "cleaning fee" but I have to take my own rubbish out to look for the bin and also the apartment is not very clean. Something odd that happened to us, on Friday night at 23.00 I've received a call from un unknown number instead of their usual number that I have saved on my WhatsApp. I picked up and my surprise was that they were calling me to tell me our neighbours complained about us making noise. When I asked what kind of noise he said they didn't specify it. Was it a bang? Us talking? Tv?
