I was travelling by myself I really enjoyed the well organized room.

The rooms were clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful and it is in the process of being updated.
The area was a little ..... but down by the Quai de la Seine (one block away) it was very lively with bars and restaurants.
Walkable to both Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord.

Staff were great and I liked the location
It was a construction site. They are in the middle of renovations which made it uncomfortable to navigate the hotel.
Some of the amenities such as the fitness centre were not available

The hotel was clean for a 3-star property and conveniently located close to the metro station.
I was very disappointed with the reception and service. Upon arrival, the receptionist saw us but walked away, leaving us waiting outside for over 10 minutes and repeatedly ringing the doorbell before opening the door. The welcoming and staff behavior were unhelpful and completely unprofessional. Furthermore, the main reason I booked this hotel was that their amenities stated parking was available for €15 per day. However, after booking, I was told their parking was full and they suggested a public parking lot nearby which had no affiliation with the hotel and was something I could have booked myself anyway. When I complained, they simply acknowledged it was their mistake but said they couldn't do anything about it.
