Sun Palace Protaras Waterpark Resort

Very well organised

This will be a bit of a long review, but I wanted to share our own experience and hopefully help others who are thinking about booking this new hotel. The hotel is new and has really nice, spacious areas. Our standard room was quite big and bright, and the curtains were good quality, so we could make the room completely dark at night. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. I read some negative comments about the staff before our trip, but this was not our experience at all. They seemed professional and worked well together! The food was really good, and there was plenty of choice for breakfast. The hotel also has a Greek and an Italian restaurant, and we enjoyed both of them. The food there was very tasty too. There was evening entertainment for both children and adults, so there was always something to do after dinner. The location is also great. The beach is nearby, and there are shops, restaurants and a pharmacy within easy reach, which is very convenient. Overall, we had a really good time at Sun Palace Waterpark Resort and were happy with our choice. We especially liked the room, the food and the friendly staff. Based on our experience, we would definitely recommend this hotel to others!

Everything was fine

the room is spacious , the location is nice , breakfast is included price , price is reasonable

The breakfast was less than ok , with poor quality food, room service was only passing by to clean the room once every two days.
