The hotel works with PIN-codes for the rooms, which is - for me - a benefit so you don't have to think about keys or cards to take with you.
Breakfast was only served from 08:00 which is too late if you have meetings 'somewhere' in Vienna starting at 8:30. Last day I flew back and had a bit more time to "enjoy" the breakfast. There is only a choice between 3 plates and 1 warm drink. All other stuff costs extra, something I don't expect when I pay a lot for my hotel breakfast upfront.
This is the main reason to never book this hotel for me again.

Location, very close to the city center. I was offered a parking place in the underground garage for a very decent price!
Very friendly staff.
Everything ok!

Good location, cleaned satisfactorily.
WiFi not configured properly, unusable for both guests. Television and remote control didn't work, had to unplug the screen to turn the TV off. Television positioned such that it wasn't possible to see it from the bed. The only chair in the room was unusable because the legs weren't screwed in and it was unsafe to sit on. Overall, you're really just paying for a basic bed and shower with no other working facilities, so it was poor value for money.
