The view was nice, the noise is loud but I expect that from a large city.
The noise of the city and the hot water not working immediately. Had to look at reviews online to know that it takes awhile to heat up through the old pipes - I wish they had told us as we thought there was no hot water.

The staff was outstanding. We were well taken cared of by the entire team. The room was updated and beautifully done.

There was not a breakfast
Cold shower, pull out sofa bed was horrendous, it felt like sleeping on a giant bar stuck in my back,
