We had such a wonderful stay here and honestly couldn’t have asked for more. The accommodation is family-run, and you can really feel the warmth, care, and personal touch that go into making guests feel welcome.
The owner is an absolutely lovely person, incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She even offered us complimentary wine, and her homemade lasagna on Tuesdays was delicious! It’s these little gestures that make a place unforgettable and make you feel more like a welcome guest than just another booking.
The accommodation itself was exceptionally clean, everything was well-maintained and comfortable. We had a fully equipped kitchen, and everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
The views over Lake Garda were incredible, and being surrounded by nature, with deer and other animals nearby, made the experience even more magical. There was also convenient parking, which was a big plus.
They also have a bar where you can enjoy a drink and unwind, and the Aperol Spritz was fantastic!
What truly makes this place special, though, is the host. Her kindness, generosity, and genuine care made our stay feel personal and memorable in a way that goes far beyond the accommodation itself.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tignale and Lake Garda. If you’re looking for a beautiful view, peace and quiet, exceptional cleanliness, and, above all, genuine Italian hospitality, this is the place to stay.

Fantastischer Ausblick auf den See, wunderbare Ruhe, tolle Gastgeberin (half uns sogar bei unserem kaputten Auto weiter) und spricht sehr gut Deutsch

Pobyt w Residence Casa Silvana był spontanicznym pomysłem a okazał się strzałem w 10!
Obiekt znajduje w miejscowości spokojnej, cichej, bez tłumów, jakie można spotkać w popularnych miejscach jak Limone lub Riva. Widoki z pokoju są fenomenalne, otoczenie przyrody, klimat, wszystko to składa się na wyjątkowość tego miejsca. Tam wszystko jest w duchu "slow life".
Pani Sabina przemiła, pomocna, można powiedzieć, że atmosfera jest tam rodzinna.
Na plus również trzeba wspomnieć pyszne cappuccino i tiramisu, które można zamówić codziennie, dodatkowe usługi np. dostawa świeżego pieczywa codziennie rano, w środy i czwartki jest też możliwość zamówienia lazanii i pizzy, które również były pyszne.
dość słabe WIFI - ale to też czasem jest na plus ;)

Lovely location and friendly family owned house. They were very accommodating with our 2 dogs we were travelling with also.
6/10 rating which means Pleasant on the booking.com ratings and that feels about right.
To name a few thing that need improvement:-
No internet in rooms - you have to leave the room to go to the communal area, so no opportunity for watching movies at night if you want to.
Heating - paying for gas is extra. That can be anything from 5-10 euro per day for a small house. I questioned the owners how that it possible that the heating for the house is 150-300 Euro per months for a small house. Even though gas prices are high this seems very expensive because we only used heating 2 hours a night in the evening in May time.
Dated - House dated and a bit run down inside the house. It could have done with a good paint.
