The Staffs including Pascual are all accommodating to all inquiries. It is 15 -20 minutes walk to the beach,or less if you use bike or Tuktuk. This place is good for money because they even let you take food after your breakfast to bring it with you going to the beach, they also give you umbrella everytime you go to the beach. All in all 10/10

convenient, centrally located, close to other spots in villasimius. host was very friendly and helpful
expensive for a small room on a busy crowded street. the room was advertised as 'sea view' and yes you could see the sea if you squinted, but not what we had in mind. not perfectly clean, and breakfast a bit underwhelming
