Excellent breakfast buffet.
Outstanding, professional and courteous service from all staff members.
Good options for lunch and dinner.
Great location adjacent to embassies.
Feeling of safety and security.
Safe area to walk around but not much to see in terms of sites, museums, food or entertainment.
Would like to have had option for smaller and less costly portion sizes for entrees.
Intermittent power outages.
Fair WiFi service throughout the hotel that became spotty with higher load.

Location; quiet and feels secure being close to Diplomatic residences and Embassies.
Size of rooms.
Staff responsiveness.
Location of the suites; far from the main building and requires use of staircase.
Buffet breakfast where access to the food is physically restricted; the 1st time I have ever seen that in all my travels.
No extension phones available in the common areas, so Guest and Staff can’t easily call Reception or Maintenance if they need assistance.
No door bells for the Suites; a Guest in the bedroom can’t easily hear someone knocking on the front door.

Staff is very friendly, beds were confortable and A/C works very (too) well. Rooms are spacious and the curtains are electric. Location is good for work. Breakfast was good - remember to order espresso independently, else you'll drink Nescafé.
The hotel is too pricey for what it is; the wifi was extremely unstable in my room and in the conference centre; power supply was also unstable (despite gensets being triggered very fast); the gym needs a good and careful dedicated renovation and revamp; during workshops, the catering had orders to serve the customers, something it was not efficient and delayed a it the process.
