About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming 27m² flat for rent in Rennes, situated on a quiet pedestrianised street just behind Saint Pierre Cathedral. Here, you’re right in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions (restaurants, shops, entertainment, bars, ...) yet enjoy complete peace and quiet. Situated on the ground floor of a historic building with the typical charm of Rennes’ half-timbered houses (secured by a digital code), Cocon Urbain can accommodate one or two people for a business trip or a holiday in Rennes.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A bright living area with a sofa bed, a TV and a dining area.
- A fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, sink, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, kettle…
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine, accessible via a fairly narrow staircase without handrails. Fitted with a double bed (140x190). Please note that the mezzanine ceiling is low.
- A bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet
The flat is close to all amenities, restaurants, transport links and a car park (Parking des Lices). You’ll be able to do everything on foot.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park at Place des Lices, where the car park is open from 4 am to 9 pm.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Public transport: République metro station, 500 m away
- Nearest railway station: Rennes railway station, 2.5 km by car / 1.5 km on foot
- Nearest airport: Rennes Airport, 8.8 km by car

- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Cocon Urbain Cosy apartment in a fantastic location. Good value for money. Slightly dated but was clean and reasonably priced.

Cocon Urbain We stayed in this apartment for 4 months. The location in extremely great, right in the center. I was not satisfied with the temperature in the apartment. It was really cold during november-december nights. Also it has the mold on the ceiling in the bathroom that is really harmful for the health. And the WI-FI is really weak. But staff is friendly ;)
