the vibe inside is awesome, great place and staff

This was a great place to stay from the very beginning - I received a lovely friendly welcome and was shown around the hostel so I knew where all the bethrooms & other facilities are. Other guests also reflected the warm inclusive vibe of the owner/management, it's a nice place to meet good people. The hostel was full when I arrived but did not feel cramped at all; there's plenty of social space and lockers are big enough to fit a big daypack/small carry-on). Wifi works well, which is great as foreign sims do not work in Pridnestrovie (to won't be able to use ATMs or pay by card either, which the hostel was kind enough to remind me of in their welcome message - take cash to exchange when you get to Tiraspol). The hostel's kitchen is excellent and it's great that there are several individual shower rooms, I never had to wait to use one, and the toilets always had paper. The attention to detail and hygiene is superb - everything is spotlessly clean, at all times. .
It's slightly further out of town than I'd normally choose but I knew that when I booked, and it's definitely worth the extra few minutes walk

Great hostel. Close walk to everything. Nice facilities and lovely people. I had a very spacious private room. Good value. Recommended.

Average hostel. Staff is ok.
It is too dark, no lights coming in or ventilation. There was a guy supposedly living there who thinks he owns the place, quite annoying.
