Clean, good size and had everything you needed. Had useful appliances and items in the kitchen like kettle, microwave, oven, washing up liquid, sponge and cloth ready to use. Great size fridge/freezer too. The space was the perfect size and layout for a family of 4. Plenty of towels, useful airer to dry clothes, extra bedding if needed, etc. The sea views were also lovely.
Only a few small cushions for the backs of the sofa, so hard in places. Other than that it was good.
Only issue was that when we were locked out of our apartment (we left the key on inside of the lock and the door shut to and secured automatically without locking), I asked for advice and support with getting it resolved and I didn’t find the answers too helpful. From talking with friends when they’ve rented an apartment or villa before, the landlord or owner would help arrange the locksmith for them (being local and knowing the language etc), but we had to arrange this ourselves. Thankfully we found a good service, and hopefully next time they will know the name of a good locksmith to advise for future guests, as I shared the details with them. Overall though, the owner was friendly, responsive and provided a good service, apart from that one issue.
I also think check in details on Booking.com could be clearer, as initially I understood it as I had to go to a shop about 7 mins away from the apartment to pick up the keys. I had to message the owner on Booking.com to clarify this, which is when I was given completely different details to what is in Booking.com.

The location with the view, proximity to the beach and the city centre (walking distance to go). Nice pool.
Coming back from the city up the hill is a challenge. For those in worse shape I recommend driving instead of walking.
The apartment has a potential still there are some foxes needed immediately:
- the fridge leaks water (which creates a slippery puddle in the middle of the kitchen
-the toaster needs replacement (doesn't work)
- one AC unit is not enough and sleeping in the bedrooms with no AC is tough in the middle of the high season
- The wifi details need an update not to let the tenants guessing which network is the one

Apartment was well equipped and everything was in good working order, nice large balcony, washing machine and good drying rack
Nothing really, only thing to suggest would be some extra pillows
