Clean. Employees were all very nice, helpful, and smiling.

Not enough parking. Residence in shares the lot and there is not enough parking for both hotels. Elevators were very noisy. Breakfast was lacking. No meat, gravy was like water, no one cleaning area. Both waffle irons were a mess.

It was convenient and we stay there every time we go to Reno area.

The bathroom tube facet was moving in the wall so taking a shower it felt like it was going to break.

Booked way in advanced and paid 444 bucks and requested a balcony. Wasn't available when I arrived 😕
