Don't sleep on this property - sleep in it! Lorenzo has created a beautiful and functional apartment that offers a respite from the hectic pace and crush of tourists on the island of Venice while being as simple as possible to get back and forth on the tram. We loved coming back to our peaceful place that had a grocery, restaurants, and a delicious gelateria just down the the street. Lorenzo is a considerate and kind host who goes above and beyond to make you feel at home, and the apartment has everything you need.

I agree 100% with the other reviews!Lorenzo was amazing!! He was so helpful. We got to check in early which is huge when your flight gets in at 9:00 am. He and his dad are right next door if you need anything!The tram into Venice is only 1.5 euro each way - very convenient. Grocery store just down the street - under the fitness gym to the left. Delicious Gelateria just beyond.A true Italian neighborhood. The place is even nicer than the pictures. We were very pleased with everything!Thanks Lorenzo!!

Lorenzo was one of the best hosts we have had. From booking to leaving he was helpful and communicated superbly. He helped us with booking things, sorting our day passes for venice. GREAT! The apartment is perfect and the tram is just across the street straight into venice island for 1 euro 50! Taxi was easiest to apartment for 4 peopke as cheaper than the train. Overall..i will dwf recommend

The house is nearby Venice, every 10 minutes a tram stops in front of the apartment and will bring you to Venice in a few minutes. Tickets are easily available at the kiosk where the owner of the apartment works. The owner is very friendly and he had some useful guide books for visiting Venice.
