I liked the layout of the hotel and the staff were friendly.
The room we stayed in was a great size but the windows were old and rattled a lot throughout the windy weather, waking the children several times.
My dad had some sort of shutter in his room so I think this would be beneficial in the family room. I also think the car park should be £5 as £10 for one night is steep.

The pool for the little one, the bar menu and beer choices, breakfast, the room all was amazing but the biggest like is the staff all so kind to my little girl and found time to say hi - excellent customer service

Its location was perfect on the outskirts of the town. The room was large and very comfortable. All staff were polite and attentive. Food was good, especially the buffet breakfast
Lack of ironing board and mini fridge in the room and a limited restaurant menu which was probably down to the time of year of the visit

Location
They advertise the pool and spa but pool was cold, sauna didn’t work and steam was tiny and dirty.
Restaurant and breakfast was too expensive compared to many better options nearby
