About this apartment rental
A beautifully renovated and decorated duplex apartment in a traditional Breton townhouse, sleeping up to six comfortably. The house is located in a quiet side street on the port of Dinan. The apartment has its own landscaped garden over 1500 m2 with views of the ramparts, wooden terrasse, garden and BBQ.
The historic centre of medieval Dinan is also close by , and a short car drive, (about 30 minutes) ,brings you to the beautiful family beaches of the North coast and a string of attractive coastal villages and towns.

This historic property is perfectly located in Dinan: by the river, in the center of everything, yet quiet. The property is beautifully restored and decorated. Everything we needed was provided. The host was very informative and responded quickly. Just a heads up on the property layout: the rental is on two floors and the stairs are steep with a tight spiral. The master is on one floor and the remaining bedrooms are on the second floor each floor with a locking entryway. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the Dinan area.

We had a spectacular experience here. Virginie was wonderful and very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. This property is very special, just next to the Rance river. I would highly recommend choosing this property for your stay and will be recommending it to friends. It’s just steps away from charming restaurants and shops and I would be very happy to stay here againMerci beaucoup !

Our family stayed here for a 3rd time (2017, 2022) in June 2025 and had a great time. The house is extremely well located at the port of Dinan. On one day we kayaked the Rance River in the morning and went to San Malo (30 minute drive) for dinner. On another day we went into Dinan (old town) in the morning, grilled up some lunch in the house’s large and beautiful back yard and went to Mont St Michel in the evening. Everything about our stay was great.

Jean jaques was very friendly and helpful the property was very clean
it is very well situated in the port of Dinan.
The only down side was the outside space ( the garden) as it was not very accessible and if you wanted to bbq or have a drink in the garden it was very steep and a long way from the property to take all the things you need.
