About this house rental
Secluded, privately gated estate in prestigious Lake Austin / Westlake / Eanes School District neighborhood. Well appointed contemporary yet warm and welcoming open-air home features dual living areas, chef’s kitchen, Thermador Masterpiece Oven+Warming Drawer, Thermador French-door fridge and gas cooktop. Floor-to-ceiling windows and front deck provide unobstructed views to Lake Austin. Dine at elegant eight-seat Cantoni Italian designer table with white leather chairs. Six-place breakfast set overlooks pool & backyard. Four bedrooms each feature private full bathrooms. Enjoy oasis backyard with private pool, heated spa, propane grill and live oaks towering above chaise loungers. ~ten minutes from Austin Country Club, Zilker Park, SXSW, ACL Fest and downtown. Property is not waterfront, but Westlake Beach (right across the street) is waterfront.

Less than one minute walk to Westlake Beach (not affiliated with our Property). Property is conveniently located approximately 7 miles west of Austin's famous Congress Avenue Bridge downtown.
Plan to log into our smart TVs using your own streaming service credentials to access your subscriptions. Host does not include cable TV access or streaming services. Multilevel home features bedrooms on floors 1 and 3. Kitchen, dens and dining are on level 2. Owner speaks live with each guest before any reservation becomes final.
Exterior security cameras (exterior only) monitor the entry door (doorbell camera), driveway, pool, front second story deck pointing toward gate/driveway, front yard, backyard and also outside both car gates (two cameras there cover Westlake Drive and the frontmost portion of our front yard).

We had an amazing experience and truly enjoyed our stay. Charlie’s service and genuine care were exceptional. He is an incredible person who was always checking to make sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed.Thank you so much for everything. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Everything was just as described and Charlie was an amazing communicator. We had everything we needed and plenty of space to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped!! We would absolutely book this property again if we are staying in the Austin area!! Our family had a super fun time. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would!!!

I have booked with VRBO many many times and I must say that this experience was by far the best. The house was perfect. Beautifully decorated and the master bedroom right off the pool was something I have been wanting for years. You can sit out front Beautiful trees and a breathtaking view of the lake. Each bedroom was comfortable with plenty of room. The master bedroom with the shower and jacuzzi tub was 2nd to none. On top of that the hosts were friendly and right there if we needed anything. Thank you so much for allowing me to spend my 50th birthday weekend there. I will probably book this place again at some point.

Beautiful property with nice amenities. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. A couple things came up during the stay, and Charlie very promptly addressed them every time. We would definitely stay here again if we needed something with 4 BRs. Thanks Charlie!
