The property was spotlessly clean. Shareen was a very good host.it was a very good area and just a short walk to the bay and cafes.

The breakfast was ok, not great. There was no juice, not much fruit. If we were 5 minutes later than when we said we’d be down for breakfast our food was cold. No more than 4 people could sit at the dining table inside the house at a time anyway, so we were going to have to wait. When we asked for napkins at the meal, we were shown the tissue box. The facilities were lovely, but the breakfasts were odd
See above re: breakfast. Also shireen didn’t always give us accurate local information, telling us that nearby restaurants closed by 8:30 Saturday night when many were open at least till 10pm, and that on sundays the busses to the Auckland harbor were only once an hour, when in fact they were every 15 minutes during the day and returning every half hour in the evening.

It was clean and in a good location
The owner refused for us to take pictures and we were not allowed to take our cases upstairs. The bathroom was not ensuite as advertised. Which is a NO NO for me
