A detached house surrounded by greenery, right across from Simius Beach. Well-equipped porches for outdoor dining, and a hot shower in the garden as well.
Just step out the front door (a mere 10 meters) and you’ll find yourself on the pristine white beach, where beach umbrellas are available if you’d like. Ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay, even with very young children. The setting is perfect. You’ll be pleasantly surprised. Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms.

Very nice beach house less than 1min away from the beach!It was very convenient with our 2 very young kids.There is plenty to do in the area and the main boulevard is quite active.The beach water was crystal clear.Driveway fits only 1 car, we parked the other one in a nearby street.The rooftop terrace offers a wonderful setup to watch the sea.

This property is a gem! Right on the beach, it’s a 30 second walk to the water. Rooms all have amazing air conditioning and very comfortable beds. The hosts left bath & beach towels which was much appreciated! The Beach has a good buzz during the day but at night is a bit quiet, we ended up doing the 20min walk into Villasimius town each night which we didn’t mind as it was a really nice area with great restaurants and bars Couldn’t have asked for much more in a stay, the roof terrace was our favourite place to hang out, this was hard to say goodbye to. Thank you!

Amazing property, plenty of room with a roof terrace overlooking the beach and sea. Location is fantastic with beach only seconds away and an incredible beach at that. Town only a 10 minute walk away and great kitchen to cook to avoid retaurants all the time, though good restaurant very close and beach bar / restaurant 2 mins away.Guido and Roberta were great, easy communication before and during our stay. The place is better than the pictures, highly recommend this to anyone and will comfortably accomodate 6 people (2 double beds and 1 twin bedroom). Thank you so much Guido and Roberta

The good:- The location is perfect, right on Simius beach- The roof terrace is stunning in the mornings, late afternoon and evening (no shade for middle of the day)- Three good sized double rooms- ParkingThe not so good:- The house has many trip hazards for young children and elderly - Unavoidable when you have so much greenery in the gardens, but the mosquitos and wasps are bad- Wifi, the owner informed me the wifi data allowance had run out on day 2, therefore this was done by the previous renters, we had 3 days with no wifi and were told to use our expensive phone data- The main bathroom is very dated, smells and the toilet needs replacing (ensuite bathroom is however very good)- I'm sure it was just a case of lost in translation, but I found the correspondence with the owner to be a little cold.
