It was our first time in Athens and we did a lot of prior research on accommodation. Sylvia’s place was perfect for us. Our host was warm and welcoming, we did have to leave our luggage for an hour before checking in because we were early and this was accommodated happily by Sylvia. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished and we were provided with all usual amenities and drinking water, coffee, tea and snacks. Wi fi, tv, iron and hot water worked well. The property was very secure and has an elevator. Beds were comfortable, towels and bed slippers were provided, and the balcony was perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Even before we arrived I requested recommendations for places to eat and other information which was provided quickly with a smile, and the recommendations proved to be excellent. As a location, it is very convenient, just a short walk to the acropolis, gardens, restaurants, Plaka and Monastiraki. The apartment though conveniently located is very quiet. Sylvia also assisted us with getting a taxi to take us to our Cruise ship. We could not have asked for a better host and accommodation and highly recommend it. We would definitely stay there again.

The apartment has recently been refurbished asing only the best material. It is in extremely good taste, refined and elegant.
The hostess was the most hands-on of all the places that I stayed at, and if there was a snag, she attended to it immediately in person. She was also very helpful with the luggage and arranging a taxi.
A super apartment in a good location.
The shower was very small.

We arrived in the late evening after a biblical downpour and Sylvia kindly welcomed us, explaining all the facilities and providing good tips for restaurants etc.
The apartment is clean and comfortable with a small kitchen area. Ideal for a short stay in Athens, conveniently located just walking distance from all the main attractions. It is very secure, on the second floor with a glimpse of the acropolis from the small balcony.
The welcome hamper was much appreciated. Many thanks.

I loved my stay here! The apartment was incredibly central, with everything within walking distance. The room was beautifully renovated, thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything we could need. The Acropolis view from the balcony was a special bonus.
Most of all, the host Sylvia was wonderful - so kind, helpful and generous with her time, information and recommendations. She really made our stay extra special!
