About this house rental
In the heart of Salento, in the countryside, between the picturesque town of Tricase and 800 meters from the sea at Tricase Porto, lies the Le Cupole estate, surrounded by olive, almond, and fig trees, offering five pajare that have been fully restored in keeping with local traditions. “Il Nespolo,” one of the five traditional cottages, features a living room with a fireplace beneath a barrel-vaulted ceiling; First floor: 2 large double bedrooms, one of which has an in-room sink; one single room with a private bathroom. One double bedroom with a private bathroom and French windows opening onto a private terrace; another bathroom in the hallway. Large kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, there is a large terrace with a view overlooking the bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with sofas and chairs, two small tables under the other two terraces that seat 14 people, and an outdoor shower. Wi-Fi and parking under olive trees. Full set of linens, towels, and sheets, with a complete change and cleaning if the stay exceeds one week. We provide basic groceries in the kitchen, including olive oil and fig jams that we make after the harvest, which takes place every August.
