The beach is nice, but the house was seedy, grubby and clammy. Finally, we even had mouse excrement everywhere - even in the kitchen on the food. Our patience was at the end. We didn't wait for the offered vermin extermination but departed after three days. We didn't got even a little compensation (although the house-owner agreed on a partial compensation on the telephone before we departed).
