The room was large and the beds were very comfortable . The view was amazing , the outdoor sitting areas were beautifully landscaped and looked straight on to Mt Everest . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The Fort is a beautiful place to stay and i would highly recommend it - we wished we had stayed longer.
It was great as it was . No TV in the room , but that is not necessarily a bad thing ! No fridge or milk in the room but the staff were happy to give us some milk . Nowhere we stayed in Nepal had milk in the room , but were happy to provide it on request.

The views are spectacular and the gardens are absolutely beautiful. The room was massive and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee superb. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to be as helpful as possible.
The bathroom was quite basic and could do with refurbishment but appreciate this would require significant investment by the hotel. Ideally when the weather is good it would be lovely to have breakfast outside in the beautiful gardens to better appreciate the views.

This place was great to relax in after a long trek. The gardens were peaceful and fantastic. Lots of steps though so not easily accessible. Staff were very helpful. Food was ok and reasonably priced.
