The staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. They helped immediately with issues I had with the room. The room was very spacious.
The room was freezing when I walked in. There was a window open and not heating on. This meant I had to sit with my coat on till room warmed up. There was just one small plug in wall heater for the whole spacious apartment which I needed to get up at 5am to switch on to get the room warm enough to get out of bed. I had terrible issues with the TV aerial which meant I couldn't get a picture. The staff changed the aerial but I was still only limited with the channels I could get a clear picture on.
