The location, our room, which has a balcony. The service
The stairs to reach the property but it was a good way to do some cardio during the holiday :D

Clean, comfortable, great view. Balcony was lovely. Location was great. Host provided information promptly when contacted. Very helpful.
There were no drinking glasses or utensils of any kind.
Walls are thin, can hear neighbours if noisy but all was quiet in the evening.

Great location for exploring Amalfi town, very central and clean room. Lots of steps up but to be expected in Amalfi! Nice restaurant, La Perla underneath. We enjoyed our stay.
Hairdryer and bedside lamp were not working very well but place was clean and bright.

No Breakfast...but plenty of eating houses with breakfast options just outside the property.
Great location. Used the balcony...nice view of the top of the cathedral and surrounding area.
First of all check in was slow. Host was to busy serving customers in his restaurant on the first level, and didnt give us importance; after going through a journey, signage was poor, finally found it....then to carry 2 suitcases and 2 pullon trolleys was a mission. Response on messaging was slow because of him being busty with guests at his restaurant. He saw us at the bottom after a while and just casually said to come up the stairs with the luggage.....! was promised help with taking suitcase up, but nothing until we reached the first level. Then again he just casually said to go up the stairs,,,,to where......I ventured up without the luggage but never saw any signage of Beautiful Lights....came back down and he still said to wait....? Until I got annoyed and insisted he show us the Guest house which was 90 steps up. Then he said he would only help with one suitcase, having promised to help with suitcases on the message chat. We couldn't wait so just took the remainder up ourselves...what a mission....Then pretends that everything is hunky dory and welcomes us to Beautiful Lights...? With all these steps we were restricted to the number of times to come back to our room for a rest or to freshen up..One has to be super fit for this location...
Walls are paper thin....can hear conversations in other rooms, toilet flushing......then telling us to not make noise after 10pm....?
