The staff is very friendly. We were able to send our luggage to the hotel and also leave it at the reception after check-out until our late afternoon train. The location is convenient as it is close to the center and the train station.
The room size is ok for a big suitcase, but you might struggle with two

The room was great, even though it was small we had enough space so that the three of us could chill and rest, and stock the luggage in the entrance. Bathroom was clean.
Staff was friendly and especially helpful when I had to send my luggage over to another city, it was my first time using this service and they helped me very smoothly !
Everything was good

The room was clean and new.
Room ultra small. Staff polite but not willing to change any rules, We wanted to book in early, most times they will ring you when your room is ready but they refused to do so. Also we wanted to book out at 12 and they refused that as well.
