Very nice and clean, the staff was very helpful.
The rooms were downstairs and then an elevator but the staff was very helpful.

We liked the hotel for its nice setting, good size family room (albeit a bit old fashioned), parking on site which we reserved in advance, good dining room (for both breakfast and dinner) and the spa facilities. The staff at the reception were great and helpful!
We had a bit of a sour feeling at the spa when spa attendant there made faces seeing our children enjoy in the pool, told us off for the kids being loud (they were not loud or misbehaved) and called the reception to complain. And the spa was almost entirely empty, so her attitude made very little sense to us, and made us feel stressed all the time.

overall the premises where clean and accomodating during our brief stay.
Breakfast was very good and met our dietary needs.
The expresso's where also good because i like my coffees from a barista rather than an industrial machine.
no comments - nothing to not like

The property is very charming and tucked away in a quiet part of a touristy area
Most of the facilities are charged at an additional extra, which doesn’t feel great value for money when you are spending over 200 euro a night. Breakfast was average
