Was a great location, close to metro stations so you can go anywhere, but also didn't feel too close so as to not be disturbed
I'm not sure if it was just my room, but the wallpaper was ripped in places and generally felt like it needed a sprucing up. However that being said, I only really used it to sleep, which it was more than good for

Location is good. Easy to get to and easy to move from.
Having the washing machines and dryers on demand was a beautiful bonus.
Loved the contactless check-in and check-out. Also the free microwave and the water dispenser.
Room cleanliness was acceptable. Loved the printed, personalised welcome message.
Room size was uncomfortably small for 3 people with luggage, made moving around very difficult.
Walls are relatively thin, which made you practically a member of the family next door.
It was extremely hard to reach any of the staff for help. I only saw one staff member on the last day before checking out.
We found one small bug on the floor one time, but for me it wasn't that big of a deal.
The smell in the elevator was horrible.
