About this house rental
This is the house you want to rent this summer! The owner takes great care of his property and does everything possible to keep the house in fantastic shape. This 4 BR, 3.5 BA townhouse is only 2 miles to the beach and offers a slew of fantastic amenities. If you own a boat, BRING IT! The dedicated slip in the marina can hold boats up to 34' in length and provide quick access to the ocean. If you need to pool to augment your beach time, the community offers one for you to use. Sheets and paper products are not provided but can be rented (delivery & pickup) from Coastal Beach Services. There are comforters & pillows on each of the beds. There will be a new large couch delivered in Feb 2023. In June, July, and August the check-in is 2:00pm, check-out 10:00am. All other months might have a more flexible schedule.

1st floor- (1) queen

House was in a great location, clean and had enough appliances, plates and utensils to make our vacation comfortable . Pool was a nice bonus . The only thing that would make it better would be if deck was lined( like the two units next to us) so we could enjoy the deck when it was raining ( it rained almost every night of our stay). Definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay! The views from the decks and around the neighborhood are beautiful! Neighbors were all friendly and welcoming. Pool was a bonus for some downtime when not going to the beach. John checked in to make sure we got in okay and we appreciated that. Loved having use of the kayaks as well. Would definitely stay again!

Positives - beautiful sunsets, nice and friendly community, designated pet areas
Reasons I am only rating average - if you are a pet friendly rental PLEASE provide a decent vacuum cleaner! Ants in kitchen, although there were a number of traps set out...none the less annoying. Washer leaks terribly...and has been doing so for a while given the rust on the washer and mold on the drywall. We did advise owner who responded to my email quickly that a service call had been placed but no further follow up or resolve. LR furniture not comfortable...nor was the deck furniture. Although we found humor in the non-working clock stuck on 4:20, the missing stair rail (that I found and put back in place) and burned out light bulbs give it the feel that it needs a little TLC. Overall - we had a nice week but needs some aggressive cleaning and general repairs.
