The room/hotel was quiet, newly renovated, very clean, had a large walk-in shower, and convenient parking. The location was a short drive from the town center.
The bathroom sink was very small and the room was your basic motel room.

The motel was clean and comfortable. The beds were nice to sleep in. The rooms were well equipped with a microwave and min refrigerator. The motel was close to downtown Bar Harbor, but not easy to walk to because of traffic.
Because it is a motel, there was a lot of noise from neighboring rooms who came and went at all hours. This is understandable, but did wake us up a lot. The walls are pretty thin, and you can hear a lot.

The room had a nice view. Bed was clean and comfortable. Mini fridge in fridge. Balcony room nice view.
I did not request ground room because I did not see 2 story in online ad. We struggled with a long flight of stairs.
