Amazing staff. Always friendly and professional. Location is excellent - located near many things and easy access to other roads.
Construction being done to the inside of the hotel during the stay was not the most pleasant. It often led to clothes getting dirty on the way out or in.

The staff, security, management were all very professional and lovely to deal with and accommodated us with any that that we needed. They were especially lovely to our baby and provided a cot / sofa bed upon request. The breakfast buffet was convenient. The location is in the heart of downtown Cairo and either a short walk to your destination or taxi ride. Rides to the pyramid / museums etc were also not too far away.
The points mention here are not a negative reflection on the hotel but rather feedback, we also noticed that the hotel was constantly renovations and improving its facility and service throughout our stay and hope to see the following also improved. The bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable as the there was no shower glass or shower curtain, with the design of the shower head, this resulted in the whole bathroom getting quite wet during showers. At times we had the hot water running for 10 minutes until it got to room temperature to be able to shower. The windows require a proper sealing around to block out noise which is highly required in an area naturally due to traffic, this made it hard to sleep some nights.

It was fine but the AC was little bit old and noisy, it was working but if you have light sleep without ear plugs it will be annoying. The hotel was nice and clean there is a cafe and a good breakfast the staff was very good and welcoming. The area is not the best as it’s away from all facilities even though you are in the downtown but you need uber that will take around 12 minutes to go to the restaurants and main shopping area in the downtown. Over all it was a good experience.
