Welcome to Villa Nova, the home we built with care and love over 25 years. Nestled in the peaceful hills of a national park with a view over Lake Bracciano. Villa Nova invites you to relax, enjoy, and connect with family and friends. It is a place where life feels simple and meaningful, surrounded by the beauty of Italy.
Our story
Villa Nova started as an empty shell we found 25 years ago. Over the years, it became our life’s project, carefully crafted into the welcoming home it is today. Every piece of furniture and every detail reflects our values—comfort, warmth, and a sense of belonging. When you stay here, you’re not just a guest—you’re part of the story.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. It truly felt like a home away from home.What made this stay so special were the memories we created together. From spending quality time as a family to enjoying the peaceful surroundings, this home provided the perfect setting for moments we’ll cherish for years to come.A special thank you to Ika, who was an exceptional host. She was warm, welcoming, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend this home without hesitation to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable vacation rental. We chose this beautiful home to be the spot or 15 family members would gather to celebrate my dad‘s 70th birthday. I have stayed at dozens of vacation rental homes and this may be one of the most beautiful homes we have ever stayed at.It’s at the top of the hill so you can’t even see a neighbor. You have privacy and incredible views of the lake.Some information that might be helpful to other travelers:All bedrooms are down flight of stairs in case mobility is a problem. Some of the bedrooms are not accessible from the main house. Meaning there are two staircases on each side of the building. Almost as if the house is split in two. This is not an issue at all and gave people some extra privacy. Each bedroom has glass doors that exit onto the back lawn so almost everybody has a view. The house is really well stocked and has everything you could need. But what’s up this house apart from others is Ika. She is essentially the house manager but also prepares breakfast in the morning and we had her cook dinner for us literally almost every single night. She is a fabulous chef and to not have to worry about cooking and cleaning the kitchen after every meal was truly incredible. We went into Rome a couple times and explored the lake but honestly we never really wanted to leave this beautiful home. The pool is a couple minute walk from the house and it does have a gate in case you have children.If you’re looking for a truly spectacular and tasteful home this is it.

Familie fra Norge, 15 voksne og ungdommer + 2 baby, perfekt sted for storfamilien! Stedet kan anbefales på det varmeste! Lett tilgjengelig bare 60 km fra flyplass Roma (Fuimicino) Handle mat 15/20 minutter unna (med bil) f. eks i Treviano eller Angulliera. VillaNova har alle faciliteter, vi kommer gjerne tilbake🥰
