About this house rental
Casa Canvesa is the ideal place to spend a pleasant vacation surrounded by nature. This lovely apartment is located in an ancient farmhouse that has been recently renovated. The house is accessible through the large garden that surrounds it, which is carefully tended by the owner and features fruit trees and vegetables. The rooms are spacious and bright, and the large bedroom features exposed beams that give it a particularly warm and welcoming feel. Both the living room and the bedroom open onto a terrace from which you can admire the sunset over Lake Orta. Casa Canvesa is the ideal place to host families.
In addition to paying through Homeway, you can pay the owner directly: in this case, the bank details (IBAN and SWIFT code) required for payment will be provided at the time of booking.
Casa Canvesa is also easily accessible by train, and the Orta-Miasino train station is about 300 meters away.
The train offers the opportunity to take interesting day trips, including visits to the cities of Milan, Turin, and Domodossola. The latter is the starting point for a visit to the Ossola valleys.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed the location a lot. The view is amazing and the beach is quite close, just as the beautiful town of Orta San Giulio. Furthermore, we felt in love with the area and its flair.
One thing stood out: the hosts! They are absolutely amazing. They where always there to answer our questions and give us some advice. They even brought us fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden. So lovely! When it was quite hot (36°C), Pietro even brought us very cold water.
We are very thankful for our amazing holiday and those lovely hosts!
