Great hotel. Super comfortable and really big size room. We loved the bath, shower and toilet area in general, it provides everything you need and more. Super friendly staff and close walking distance from Takedo Station.
No complaints

Excellent value for money, facilities and room service were excellent and the staff were amazing, unsure of her name but the woman we dealt with at reception for most of our trip was incredibly polite, friendly and extremely helpful even with our language barrier, she actually made us sad to be leaving the hotel.
Nothing, the place was amazing just be aware it's about a 15min walk to the Takeda train station but there are restaurants and other shops not far away from the hotel.

Hot tub was great! Sound proofed walls were a very nice feature as well. Bed is very cozy with plenty of space for a couple. Able to order food through the TV app and tell it what time to deliver the food!
The nearest train station/bus stop is an 18 to 20 minute walk. Not many options for eating out.
