Excellent location near bus stop and train station. Staff very helpful with clear instructions. Even clearer signage instructions in the room and even a welcome flag in my room. Clean amenities and towels provided. Bed was comfy. Good internet. Overall very recommended to stay here before going to Machu Picchu.
Room was a bit small but it’s worth the value.

Hostal Pablo's House was a fantastic choice for our visit to Aguas Calientes. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the shower had plenty of hot water. The complimentary snack bags in the room were a wonderful touch! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating throughout our stay, and the value for the price was excellent. The location is perfect! It is just steps away from the Machu Picchu bus stop and a short, few-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended! We would absolutely stay here again.
The Wi-Fi was slow and occasionally spotty in our room, though this seems fairly common throughout Aguas Calientes. Additionally, there can be some street noise if you stay in an exterior-facing room.

The location is great, and the room was great value for the price.
There was a sewer gas odour (elements of sulphur, ammonia) coming from the bathroom. It is not a pleasant smell and is probably unhealthy. I kept the bathroom fan on as much as possible to prevent the odour from filling the entire room.
