Great value, unique place with an ambience matching Jerome. Staff was amazing. The entire stay was a very wonderful experience , a fantastic get away for my husband and I. I would highly recomend the ghost tour to learn even more history of Jerome and the Connor Hotel.

Parking is a challenge but we figured it out. There is a shuttle that can take you to the hotel. Parking is free in Jerome and the spot across the street from the hotel after 4pm, maybe just Sunday through Thursday, not sure and I would check with the hotel regarding this.

Very nice old-style but comfortable room, friendly staff, highly recommended

Service. Bed. Refurb of Old Hotel. Location. Air conditioning.

Musty smells. Being told it was a great room to be given when it probably was the worst room in the hotel; great view of walls, rusty stairs , and nothing else. Poor, small TV placement.
