The peaceful atmosphere and excellent service made my stay very comfortable and memorable. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend Hotel Shila International to anyone visiting Kolkata, and I look forward to staying here again!

I liked the location as the hotel is very close to the airport and one can find restaurants and markets nearby
Washroom had cockroaches so I was expecting it to be more hygienic and clean.

I like the behaviour of the staff. The room and the bathroom size were decent. Nooodles is good to order.
Ordered a double king bed; however, it was 2 single beds attached. The room mattress was not cleaned. The quality and cleanliness were really bad. The window glasses in the bathrooms are not good and is stuck.
