We had a wonderful time in Juju, wonderful facilities, thoughtful details. You get everything you need in such place: great food choice, safety, entertainment, cleanliness, beautiful views from every location on site.
There was one tiny disappointment - lack of tennis courts, they put them on the list, however, the courts leave much to be desired. If you wish to play during your stay - go to Carendon tennis club, which is 20 min by bus or 10 min by taxi, it costs €30 per hour including rackets and balls.

The room was great, lots of space. The sauna was great! Two a la carte restaurants (free of charge) were a good addition to the main restaurant. The gym had good equipment. Yoga and meditation classes are a nice addition. The location is super beautiful! The staff is super friendly, we asked for additional blankets and pillows and received it immediately.
The water in the heated outdoor pool was a bit too cold.

We had a wonderful stay at JuJu Premier Palace! The food was delicious and varied, the sea and beach were clean, and the hotel grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the amazing evening shows and fun, unobtrusive animation that made the holiday even more enjoyable without ever being overwhelming.
The location between the Mediterranean Sea and the Taurus Mountains is absolutely stunning! Great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
Overall, everything was excellent! The only areas for improvement would be replacing the hairdryers with more modern ones and paying more attention to room cleaning. During our 6-day stay, the room was never vacuumed, even though we pressed the room cleaning button.
Another point to mention is that there is no iron in the room, and it is not possible to request one - the only option is to send clothes to the laundry service. I knew this in advance from social media, so I brought a mini garment steamer with me.
These are just minor points for improvement, though. Everything else was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay!

Atmosphere & Location: The property is situated in a wonderfully peaceful and quiet area, which made for a very relaxing stay.
• Medical Care: I was incredibly impressed by the responsiveness of the medical team. When my son fell ill with diarrhea, the doctor saw him immediately and provided an antibiotic prescription without delay. This level of care is exceptional.
• Staff Highlights: A special thank you to Alexandra (International Officer) for her excellent service and assistance.
• Health & Hygiene: We were extremely disappointed with the food quality. It caused severe food poisoning for my son, who was ill for the duration of the holiday, and caused stomach upsets for both my wife and me. This significantly impacted our ability to enjoy the trip.
• Property Condition: The rear of the hotel is currently undergoing major renovations. As a result, the beach was not there to be enjoyed , which was not clearly communicated to us beforehand.
• Entertainment: There was a noticeable lack of entertainment and activities, making the evenings feel quite dull compared to other resorts
