We had an excellent 9-night stay in Istanbul. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The receptionist even upgraded us to a huge family suite with two king-size beds on the sixth day, completely free of charge. Both rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff were always happy to help with anything we needed. Overall, we are very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!
The only downside was the spotty Wi-Fi connection.

Great location a block away from the blue mosque, Haia Sofia and a tram line. Staff was very helpful and effectively communicated with us days before our arrival. Good value for money.
Nothing we didn’t like

It was conveniently located near everything. Special thanks to Khaled and Attila for their exceptional hospitality.
The internet connection was poor. Unlike other hotels, they didn’t provide complimentary hot drinks like coffee and tea, nor did they offer welcome water in the room. They also don't have breakfast at the hotel nighter included nor paid

The view from the balcony was really good.
The room size didn't justify the price, the wires were visible beneath the a.c/heater and very noisy electric sound could be heard, also the drainage system was bad in the toilet because the water kept coming out of the toilet door while shower and it took them 2 days to fix this Lastly, the room was super scary, weird sounds of ceiling kept coming. Not satisfied at all !!!
