The location is very very close to the beach. The beach was clean and excellent. The breakfast was good. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.

The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Buzz Beach. The hotel provides beach vouchers, which give you access to sun loungers and umbrellas. If you love planes, you’ll absolutely love this place! Planes take off right over the beach, which is an amazing sight. Some people might find the noise a little loud at first, but you quickly get used to it. Watching the planes fly overhead is simply spectacular!

The room was spacious and clean. I liked that the hotel has sustainability goals and takes steps to reach them. Excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Good value for money (big discount in mid-October). Hotel has their own beach (Buzz beach), with sunbeds, 5min walk. Sea was very warm to swim. Many food stores and restaurants around, but many restaurants are pricy (touristic area). The pool has higher wall around it so people can’t see to the hotel from the street.
The pool water feels very cold in October but I don’t expect it to be warmed. Mosque prayer call (and restaurants during the weekend) might wake you up in the morning – take ear plugs and you’ll sleep well.

We really liked our bed. It was spacious, and the mattress was very comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a short walk from the beach.
The staff were unable to communicate in either English or Russian, which made even simple conversations quite difficult. We also rarely heard a simple "Good morning" or "Hello" in any language, especially during breakfast, where we would have expected at least a basic greeting.
Instead of greeting us, the staff would often just say our son's name, which we found rather strange. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but it still felt unusual to us.
Overall, communication with the staff was very poor and definitely one of the most disappointing aspects of our stay.
