The staff is friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage there after check out. The location is very central.
They gave me a room without window and when I asked for a different room in the last night out of 3 I stayed in a better room. For that money for Cairo they could make some small treat at least tea:)

Very friendly and helpful staff !
Bath towel seems clean but very old. Should be replaced

Big bed, decent air con, spacious room, friendly staff.
WiFi was bad and we asked for confirmation with a screen shot of good WiFi. We received a screenshot, but the WiFi was bad.
