Windows do seal out the sound, location
A pdf like Princ Heritage on how to find hotel
It was tough
A map, and photos of front door and walk up to it would really help
Also, I’m 73, if I could have not had the top floor it would have been much better for me (and the guy downstairs who carried 1 suitcase up, and 2 down on checkout
Thanks it was an awesome location!!!

The room was large and clean with a fantastic location
We didn’t know how to get into the building and weren’t given directions. I had to go into the art gallery to get help as we didn’t know about the call button.
Also, Kleenex would be nice!

The location of the Rilati could not be beat!! We were right in the old town on a small alley that was easy to access and allowed us to be anywhere in the old town within 5 minutes!!The staff was very helpful and allowed us to check in as soon as the room was ready. The room was a good size and very clean. We liked being able to keep items in the fridge and eat breakfast there before heading out for the day. We loved being able to hang our wet clothes out on the line out the window.
The beds could have been a little more comfortable, but I am being picky. It was really a lovely place!!
